Concept project. Juno & Sterling is a fictional jewellery brand, and all copy is sample content.
The question
A jewellery brand that grades every piece has two things to sell: the pieces, and the trust behind the grade. Which one leads the homepage? Rather than argue it on a call, this concept builds all three answers so the choice is made by looking.
Three homepage directions
A · Editorial cover: the homepage reads like a jewellery magazine, one full-bleed photograph, the masthead, and cover lines that open the chat.
B · Hallmark first: trust leads, with the grading mark struck on arrival and the pieces that passed it underneath.
C · Conversation as hero: the first screen is Juno at work, a buyer describes someone, Juno asks one question, then a graded shortlist lands.
Each direction states when to choose it and what it trades away.
The Juno chat
An AI shopping companion with every state designed, not just the happy path: live, thinking, searching, error and a failed reply, all previewable.
The Juno chat
One design system for the page and the conversation
The site and the chat had two colour vocabularies. The design system merges them into one set of primitives and roles, so the homepage and the chat draw from the same source: colour, type, space, motion, components and usage in one place.
