Concept project. Elmgate Housing Partners is a fictional organisation, and all copy and project entries are sample content.
The brief I set myself
A nonprofit housing developer needs its website to do one job: make lenders, municipalities and community organisations believe it can be trusted with a site, a loan or a partnership. So the page leads with a promise that is about the partners, not the organisation, and every section answers a question a partner would ask.
How the page is built
A plain, confident hero: who they are, where they work, and two clear routes, partner with us or see the development focus.
Development focus as three cards: acquisition and preservation, new construction, and long-term stewardship.
A partnerships section written for each audience separately: lenders and CDFIs, municipalities and housing authorities, community and faith-based organisations, and owners planning an exit.
Development focus and partnerships
A pipeline section designed to be honest when it is empty: projects are listed only once they are under site control, with status labels. Then one clear call to action.
Pipeline and call to action
Design system
A small token set in Framer: five colour styles (ink, forest, stone, clay, body) and a type scale pairing Source Serif 4 for headings with Archivo for body text, labels and buttons.
