Christian Horizons Ethiopia (CHE) is an organization dedicated to improving the lives of children, people with disabilities, and marginalized communities in Ethiopia. CHE collaborates with both local and international partners to deliver impactful programs that focus on child welfare, disability care, and community support.

The objective of the CHE website redesign was to create a user-centered platform that effectively communicates CHE’s mission and values while engaging supporters, partners, and beneficiaries. The site needed to convey empathy, build trust, and encourage visitor engagement through donations, volunteer sign-ups, and partnership inquiries. The design consist of 8 web pages.

Conversion-Focused Design and Copy: The new site employs clear, purposeful language that speaks directly to CHE’s goals, inviting visitors to engage and take action. Key CTAs, like “Get Involved” and “Donate Now,” are strategically placed to guide users toward meaningful conversions.

Simple Navigation: A streamlined, intuitive navigation structure ensures users can quickly find essential information about CHE’s programs, mission, and ways to contribute. This reduces friction and encourages users to explore and understand CHE’s impact.

Warm Colors and Empathy-Driven Imagery: The design features warm, welcoming colors and images that emphasize empathy and connection, reinforcing CHE’s commitment to supporting vulnerable communities. This approach builds emotional engagement and trust, aligning the user experience with CHE’s mission.

The redesigned website strengthens CHE’s online presence, making it easier for visitors to connect with their mission and take action. With optimized navigation, clear messaging, and a visually inviting layout, CHE can better convert visitors into donors, volunteers, and partners, amplifying their impact on the communities they serve.
