My Design Approach
I went with a cool-toned color palette that really speaks to the company's green mission. The landing page features real people - eco-conscious folks and families - because I wanted visitors to immediately see themselves reflected in the brand's values. I kept things clean and simple while still making sure the site feels engaging and easy to navigate.
What I Focused On
The Copy: Drawing from my background in environmental communications, I wrote content that actually makes sense to regular people. No jargon - just clear explanations about why carbon offsetting matters and how solar energy can fit into their lives.
Making It User-Friendly: I designed the layout with the target audience in mind. Whether someone's browsing solar options, playing around with the carbon savings calculator, or just learning about reducing their footprint, everything flows naturally.
The Visual Story: Every color choice and visual element reinforces that this is a company serious about green energy. I used natural tones and clean, modern design to build that trust factor - because when people are making big decisions about solar, they need to feel confident in who they're working with.
