About the Project
The client needed a complete rebuild of their business backend to support a full relaunch. They wanted an all-in-one system to manage clients, content, finances, internal operations, and agency growth.
Our Process
We started by mapping out their entire workflow: client journey, sales process, marketing, internal project management, and financial tracking. From there, I built a centralized Notion workspace covering operations, marketing, and client delivery, all connected with simple dashboards and automations.

Results
We rebuilt the full business operating system and launched it within 4 weeks. Everything is now organized in one streamlined workspace, instead of scattered across different pages and tools. The new setup created real clarity and focus on business goals, with fewer distractions and a clear structure for clients, projects, sales, and content. Visual design was a key priority, making the workspace both highly functional and visually pleasing.
