About the Project
The client wanted to establish a strong personal brand on LinkedIn to position herself as a digital transformation expert, attract speaking opportunities, and build authority in her industry, without relying on cold outreach or paid ads.
Our Process
We started by identifying her unique unfair advantage, and built a positioning strategy around it. I developed a consistent posting plan focused on recurring themes and educational infographics, while optimizing her full LinkedIn profile to align with her new positioning. Together, we set clear KPIs: doubling her followers, securing speaking invitations, and testing audience fit for a new lead magnet.
