Simple mind mapping techniques were used in illustrating the final concept to showcase the idea of collecting rainwater and reusing those water in the isolated public restroom for flushing.

In a conventional toilet, flushing is the biggest water hog as each flush can use 5 to 7 gallons of fresh drinking water. The concept presented is to use simple water filtration to recycle rainwater to be use as a substitute for flushes in public toilet.

The poster illustrates the waste of using fresh drinking water for flushes in public restrooms. The idea was presented to be incorporated into the restroom where water may be scarce and pumping water to those locations are not cost-effective.

A simple setup was demonstrated to show how a simple carbon filter can easily filter out dirt and sand, ideal enough to provide a full flush.
