Balmain Hair - Shopify Store (Polish Market Launch)

I led the end-to-end implementation of the Balmain Hair e-commerce store for the Polish market, built on Shopify.

The project was developed based on a template, with a strong focus on adapting the design and experience to align with the brand’s premium identity while ensuring local market readiness.

I was responsible for the full delivery, including:

• UX/UI customization and visual refinement

• Store setup and product/content implementation

• Integration of key tools and automations (analytics, abandoned cart flows, edrone, payments, and shipping providers)

• End-to-end testing (user flows, checkout, payments)

• Domain connection and final launch

The goal was to create a fully functional, conversion-ready e-commerce experience that reflects the luxury positioning of the brand.
