LUMA Homes is a premium proptech concept exploring a calmer, more intentional way to discover property online.
Traditional property platforms often feel crowded, transactional, and overly functional. The goal behind LUMA was to rethink that experience by creating a product-led interface that feels curated, premium, and easier to navigate — shifting the focus from endless scrolling to guided discovery.
I designed and developed the experience around strong visual hierarchy, spacious layouts, and a refined editorial-inspired UI system. The interface emphasizes clarity, elevated interactions, and trust-driven design patterns often seen in premium SaaS and luxury digital products.
Built using Next.js, React TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Framer Motion, and i18n architecture, the project also focused heavily on frontend scalability and reusable UI systems. Motion and micro-interactions were introduced to create a more polished, immersive browsing experience while maintaining performance and responsiveness across breakpoints.
LUMA Homes became an exploration of how thoughtful design engineering can transform a traditionally cluttered industry into something calmer, sharper, and more product-led.
