Halodoc is a health application. In this application, users can chat, book a doctor's appointment, and purchase medication.

Goals

Make the user flow in Halodoc for chat and booking doctors easier and more user friendly.

Problem

The problem with Halodoc is that it is difficult for users to search for the category that they want, and some sections are difficult to find due to the lack of a search bar.

Solutions

I will make iterations and additions several sections to this Halodoc problem in order to improve the improvement in Halodoc problems. This case study will explain my progress.
