Objective:
Lead the development of an application enabling users to easily top up their mobile phones with just a few clicks, regardless of their registration status.
Project Scope:
The project included managing a team that designed and developed both web-based and mobile applications for one of the largest telecom providers globally. The application facilitated quick and easy mobile phone top-ups for all users, whether registered or not.
Key Responsibilities:
Sprint Planning: Collaborated with stakeholders to define user stories and set sprint goals. Decided with the team on what could be included in each sprint.
Backlog Grooming: Regularly updated and prioritized the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
Team Support: Facilitated team collaboration and ensured that all team members had the resources they needed to succeed.
Continuous Improvement: Conducted retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Stakeholder Communication: Kept stakeholders informed about project progress and managed expectations.
Success Metrics:
User Adoption Rate: Measured the number of new users who registered and used the application.
Top-Up Transaction Volume: Tracked the number of successful top-up transactions completed through the application.
User Satisfaction: Gathered feedback through surveys to assess the ease of use and overall satisfaction with the application.
