Hiring Process Streamlining: Facilitate seamless hiring processes for both country citizens and non-country citizens.
Professional Career Management: Enable individuals to create verified professional profiles, manage documents, and stay informed about their career processes.
Notifications and Updates: Implement a system for notifying users about necessary actions and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Sprint Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define user stories and set sprint goals, deciding with the team what can be included in each sprint.
Team Alignment & Support: Ensure alignment with the project's overall strategy, synchronize team efforts to meet deadlines, and address any issues that arise.
Backlog Grooming: Regularly update and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the main stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Conduct retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about project progress and manage expectations.

Success Metrics:
