Oxford Group loyalty app design

The Oxford Hospitality Group is one of the largest and best-known hospitality corporations in Christchurch, New Zealand. They tasked our agency with designing a loyalty app that would give information, grant rewards and have users earning digital currency, which could be spent at their many locations.

Planning a user flow

The first thing I thought about when approaching this app design was usability. It had to be completely functional, simple, and intuitive without overly relying on UI design. I brainstormed several ways to approach element sizing, display and placement. I then performed extensive user and AB testing with the app in it's wireframed state, asking users to complete a checklist of tasks. Only once it was intuitive enough to be flawless did I move into design.

Bringing it together

After wireframing was done I set you to bring their styles together and create an app that was as beautiful as it was usable.
