Challenge
Mida’s teams work across fast-moving projects, but knowledge was fragmented across people, folders and tools. This made information difficult to retrieve, duplicated effort and slowed collaboration. The brief was to design a more sustainable way to capture and share internal knowledge.

Approach
We mapped how teams create, find and reuse information, then designed Apollo as a Microsoft 365 extension embedded in familiar workflows. The concept reduces the need to introduce another standalone platform while making shared knowledge visible at the moment it is needed.
Apollo combines shared folders, team spaces, contextual suggestions and lightweight contribution prompts. The result is a scalable concept that helps employees access collective knowledge while limiting unnecessary AI usage and duplicated work.
