Website Design & Development for Hireful

Hireful helps HR staff and in-house recruiters in the UK find their inner zen with industry-leading recruitment software and support. They do that by: engaging in-demand candidates with improved branding on the recruiter’s adverts and careers site; automating time-sucking tasks like emails and interview scheduling and centralising communication; shortlisting candidates to make the hiring process hustle free; and by optimising the hiring process with the help of their recruitment success team, training events, and reporting tools.
While you as a recruiter are emailing back and forth, organising interviews, and shortlisting candidates, the best people are slipping right through your fingers. Hireful makes your life a lot easier, and they make it fun to use their software too.
Hireful were presenting themselves as a conventional company helping recruiters and HR staff and guiding them through their day-to-day tasks. They came to us with the ambition to boost their Applicant Tracking Systems software and leave the other services they were offering in the background, ultimately wanting to look like a SaaS company.
Using their existing guidelines, without changing or updating them at all, the challenge was to create a website that would look modern and retain Hireful’s branding and values.
Particular attention was given to the approach Hireful wanted to take in regards to the customer journey, with Attract, Streamline, Hire and Improve as their main steps to make HR staff and recruiters life easier, and revolve their resources around these topics as well. Using different brand colours to outline the different stages makes the navigation throught the site incredibly intuitive.
Alternating different calls to action throughout the site gives the user options if they are not yet ready to commit to a short explanatory call or a demo video call.
