n8n – Payment Processing & CRM Update Automation
Objective:
Automatically process Stripe payments, update CRM records, and log transactions for reporting and alerts.
Process:
1. Receive payment data via Webhook from Stripe.
2. Search client’s deal in Pipedrive by invoice number.
3. If found — update deal status to “Paid.”
4. Send client and deal data to Airtable for reporting.
5. If not found — log error and notify via Telegram alert.
Outcome:
Seamless payment confirmation flow, real-time CRM updates, and transparent error reporting.
