Objective:
Automate call transcription and evaluation using Google Drive, AssemblyAI, Google Docs, and Gemini AI.
Process:
1. Trigger: New audio file in Google Drive.
2. Transcription: AssemblyAI transcribes the call.
3. Translation & Role Split: Gemini AI translates and separates operator/client parts.
4. Analysis: Gemini AI evaluates call against script.
5. Output: Two Google Docs (transcription & analysis) are created and sent via email.
Outcome:
Fully automated workflow for call documentation and quality assessment.
