Social Media Marketing: Exentri USA

Exentri USA is the exclusive American distributor of Exentri Wallets, a smart and elegant wallet designed for cards, bills, and receipts. Founded in 1999 by two visionary Norwegians, Exentri Wallets blends classic style with modern functionality. During my role as social media marketing manager at Exentri USA from January to April 2022, I took charge of the brand's entire social media landscape. My mission was to infuse creativity, elevate brand visibility, and grow our presence across the United States. I implemented a strategic approach to enhance our Instagram reach, achieving a remarkable 10x increase in just three months. This success was attributed to precisely targeting our audience and optimizing posting times. My social media strategy significantly increased brand awareness and played a pivotal role in driving increased sales on our Shopify platform. In addition to these achievements, I orchestrated a remarkable 24% growth in Instagram engagement over the same three-month period. I achieved this by experimenting with engaging Instagram Stories, optimizing caption spacing, and strategically deploying targeted hashtags. Collaborating with micro and nano social media influencers further amplified our brand campaigns.
