She is also the owner and founder of Changing Paces, Ontario’s top AODA accessibility training and disability awareness firm helping businesses increase profits by hiring people with disabilities. Changing Paces provides accessible customer service training, airline disability services training and how to make employment accessible training.

During my time at Changing Paces, from 2022 to 2023, I started as a social media intern and later took on the role of part-time Social Media Manager and Consultant. In this capacity, I assumed the responsibility of managing both Changing Paces and Trish Robichaud's LinkedIn profiles.
