To help citizens access health services in Blumenau city, Pronto Mobile was created to integrate with the city hall system services. It allowed users to schedule medical appointments, getting alerts, and checking vaccination programs.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Pronto Mobile is the app the citizens use to organize vaccination and schedule their appointments to get the immunization.
