Club Navigator engaged me to design an investor-grade pitch deck proposing a community-first "front door" for LinkedIn's Sales Community. The objective was to translate a complex go-to-market strategy into a clear, persuasive narrative that senior decision-makers could act on quickly. The final presentation was delivered in PPTX, PPSX, and PDF formats.
The Challenge
LinkedIn's Sales Community needed a unified entry point, but the existing experience was fragmented across multiple programs and touchpoints. The deck had to assess the current state honestly, surface the highest-value growth opportunities, and build a credible case for change without overwhelming the audience with detail.
My Approach
I structured the story in five acts: a current-state assessment, a clear vision for a front-door experience, a phased recommendation roadmap, new programs and experiences, and measurable business impact. Custom diagrams, segmentation views by city, industry, and role, and an ARR expansion-and-upsell model turned abstract strategy into concrete, defensible numbers.
Impact & Outcome
The result was a boardroom-ready narrative that tied community investment directly to revenue. Real-world parallels - driving expansion at Yelp and reducing time-to-value at Codecademy - gave the recommendations proof and credibility, helping stakeholders align on a clear 90-day roadmap.
