UI UX Design for a Real State app : BiddiHome

Biddiehome is a project linked to the real estate sector, a platform where anyone can put their properties up for sale or rent. These properties will be sold or rented through a bidding system, where various interested and registered users on the platform will make said bids. Therefore, its base is a real estate website, where the list of properties for sale will be displayed, they can be filtered, see the details of each one of them and bid. It focuses exclusively on the bidding system, moving away from other portals where there are more portals for housing advertisements.

My role in this project was of both UI and UX designer as I did everything end-to-end, from doing user research to creating final designs and usability tests.

3 Months - Nov 15 to January 18

The real estate industry has always faced challenges in finding efficient and transparent ways to sell or rent properties. Traditional methods of listing properties on real estate websites have limitations, including fixed prices and limited exposure to potential buyers or renters. Additionally, buyers and renters may face difficulty in finding properties that meet their specific needs within their budget. Moreover, there is a lack of trust and transparency in the real estate industry, as buyers and renters often cannot be certain that they are getting the best possible deal.
