The Client

YuvFIT is a boutique women only fitness studio offering intimate classes of 5-8 women across four formats strength, aerobics, functional, and YuvMove, a proprietary dance-cardio class.
Member loyalty is exceptional. Women describe it as addictive. They stay for years and call the community their second family.
The product was never the problem. The visibility was.

The Challenge

Despite a genuinely exceptional studio and a founder with a natural gift for content, YuvFIT was almost invisible online.

The Approach

Every piece of this strategy was built from real data actual post metrics, founder survey responses, competitor research, and engagement analysis. Nothing was generic or templated.
The guiding principle throughout: find what is already working, understand why it works, and build a system that makes it happen consistently instead of occasionally.
The personal account @yuval.lavy was already generating 217K views. The community was already describing itself as "totally like Friends." The brand voice was already working. The job was not to reinvent anything. It was to build the infrastructure around what already existed.
