Visual Designer at Hello Alice

Stacey Troutman

⭐️ Role at Hello Alice

I’m the Graphic Designer on the marketing team at Hello Alice, where I lead the creation of on-brand visuals across key channels. I collaborate cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life, from concept through execution, while evolving brand systems and improving workflow.
Design and produce visuals for social media, email, events, and strategic programs
Collaborate with product, content, and marketing teams to align creative with goals
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity
Create scalable templates and improve workflow efficiency
Balance quick turnarounds with intentional, strategy-backed design

🧠 Creative Scope & Responsibilities

My work touches nearly every visual that comes from our marketing team — from campaign graphics and program announcements to internal templates and social-first content. With a small but mighty team, I play a hybrid role that’s part designer, part creative ops, part strategist.
This role requires me to:
Design across multiple channels with agility and purpose
Make strategic design decisions rooted in audience needs and brand goals
Move quickly while maintaining brand integrity
Be a creative thought partner to my teammates

💬 Collaboration & Workflow

Given the lean structure of our team, cross-functional collaboration is essential. I work closely with our Co-Founder, Chief of Product & Technology Officer, Project Manager, and Program Managers to plan campaigns, clarify asks, and deliver cohesive, impactful assets.
I also contributed to:
Improving the handoff between content and design
Creating systems in Notion and Google Slides to streamline asset production
Exploring how to better integrate our workflow with tools like Confluence and Jira
