🧠 Creative Scope & Responsibilities

My role spans strategy, creative direction, hands-on design, and operational structure. With a lean team, I act as the central brand steward—making sure every visual touchpoint ladder ups to our brand identity and supports our marketing and product initiatives.
This role requires me to:
Guide creative strategy and ensure visual alignment across teams
Make brand decisions rooted in data, audience needs, and business priorities
Move quickly without sacrificing quality or consistency
Serve as a creative partner to leadership and program owners

💬 Collaboration & Workflow

Cross-functional coordination is core to my role. I work closely with our Co-Founder, Chief Product & Technology Officer, Marketing Coordinator, and Program Managers to clarify requirements, streamline workflows, and deliver cohesive, effective creative.
I also lead and refine internal processes by:
Improving content-to-design handoffs and approval workflows

I partnered with our content team to identify core messaging and translated it into a unified visual theme. I developed Instagram carousels, LinkedIn graphics, email banners, and event visuals, ensuring everything worked as a single branded experience.

Higher engagement across Instagram and LinkedIn
Increased event registrations
Stronger visual identity around educational and thought-leadership content

🌱 What I've Learned & My Impact

This role pushed me to operate at a brand leadership level, not just a design level. I’ve learned how to balance speed with structure, build systems that scale, and protect the integrity of the brand while supporting a high-volume content engine.
It strengthened my ability to:
Own and drive end-to-end brand and creative processes
Lead brand thinking across cross-functional teams
Create visuals and frameworks that are both compelling and genuinely useful for small business owners
If you want an alternate version that leans more into strategy, leadership, or brand stewardship, I can adjust it.
