Laborup is a job-finding platform based out of Tennessee, USA that empowers ambitious industrial companies and America's most critical workforce. The 10 million Americans who are the dedicated machinists, programmers, welders, and more, who make the cars, rockets, planes, and everyday products we all rely on. The company's founder approached me and my team to elevate and establish a defined structured brand identity.
Brief and Requirements ✍️
To create and established a structured and defined brand identity guide for Laborup, that included custom illustrations, icons, brand patterns, elements, tonality, look and feel, colour palette, logo animation, and so on. Additionally, my team and I were also required to extend the branding to create flyers, posters, advertisements, and social media templates.
The colour palette was carefully extracted from the already existing multi-colour palette Laborup had in use already. We decided to stick to a blue monochromatic brand palette.
The brand element was also taken out from the logo symbol and wordmark.
We created a set of social media templates which served as an extension of the brand identity which was now in place.
