Seven international storefronts, seven different performance patterns, one shared need: clearer decisions.

I ran performance governance across the seven non-Polish markets, covering account structure, budget logic, audiences, creative feedback, localisation, funnel analysis and reporting.

I introduced a tighter scale / hold / cut cadence and treated each market on its own evidence instead of copying one setup everywhere. In the 1–13 April year-on-year snapshot, all 7/7 managed markets grew both revenue and transactions. The fastest-growing market was up 180.0% in revenue, 287.1% in transactions and 535.7% in sessions.
