I inherited a major launch campaign with setup errors that put delivery at risk. I identified the problems, rebuilt the campaign and stabilised it while the campaign window was still live.
The corrected campaign delivered 4.5M verified YouTube views. The rescue was recognised with a Q1 team award for proactive problem-solving.
I do not present the 4.5M as impressions. A source Google Ads impressions export was not preserved, so views are the only delivery metric I use publicly.
