Bot Stacks is an AI-powered platform that provides intelligent chatbot solutions for websites, designed to enhance user engagement. They wanted to revamp their website to better connect with their target audience—marketing professionals. The previous site had a dark, highly technical look, with complex visuals and product screenshots that made the platform seem difficult to understand, alienating their marketing leads.

The challenge was to transform the website’s overly technical feel into something more user-friendly, approachable, and focused on the needs of marketing professionals. The old design relied heavily on technical diagrams and complicated product flows, which made it hard for potential clients to see the value of the chatbot and how it could benefit their businesses.

I redesigned the website to move away from its technical and intimidating style, creating a more inviting and user-friendly design that appealed to marketing professionals. I replaced the complicated product visuals with custom UI graphics that simplified the chatbot’s features, making it easier for marketing teams to understand how the product could help them engage with customers.
