Project Overview

Skilleo is a start-up that transforms the traditional hiring process into an immersive, game-like experience using video games to assess candidates. The challenge was to create a brand identity, web interface, and back-office design that reflect both the strategic nature of recruitment and the fun, engaging aspect of the platform.

Challenge

Skilleo needed a cohesive brand and UX/UI design that resonated with both recruiters and job seekers while integrating playful elements into the professional realm. Additionally, the back-office needed to be redesigned to offer a seamless and intuitive experience for administrators managing the recruitment process.

Solution

Inspired by the iconic game Tetris, I developed a modular brand identity that symbolizes how different candidates fit into the recruitment process. This design approach reflects Skilleo’s focus on diversity and inclusivity, allowing for adaptable brand elements that convey the platform's dynamic nature. I also revamped the back-office interface to streamline the internal user experience for recruiters.
