How the brand benefitted?
With my knowledge of Shopify of over 1.5 years, I devised a step-by-step plan for the brand to:
Cost Benefit Analysis for moving from Magento to Shopify along with the technical implementation.
Leverage the Shopify return module to man the process and remove any third-party plugin usage.
Leverage the OMS at Shopify to reduce human dependency from a team of 10 people to 1 person.
Implemented Shopify's PMS to effectively manage vendor sections in the same shop and effectively manage inventory inflow and order outflow from the same portal.
