Modernizing user flows for a growing list of customers

As the lead designer on this project, I was tasked with auditing and redesigning the enterprise mobility management platform, TELUS IQ. With a growing user base, the client approached us looking to refresh the look of the platform to match the TELUS Design System, while reworking the core user flows to create a more effective user experience.
The key challenges I was asked to address in this experience redesign are:
Streamline the user flows for the key actions across the portal.
Introduce more data visualization and reporting functionality.
Unify the UI across the underlying technologies used to power the platform.
High fidelity wireframes leveraging the TELUS Design system were used to help drive alignment in the early phases of the project.

In the design stage, data density was increased by creating a forked version of the TELUS Design system to retain the signature look and feel while streamlining the bulk actions and reporting this tool was used for.

To ensure future features could be built on top of the redesigns foundation, a series of purpose built components were built with TELUS Design Primitives to ensure consistency going forward.
