Tortuga is a modern American boutique with an online shop. It features thoughtful adornments for the body and home and products to support clients’ intentional lifestyles.
Dive into its curated collection of jewelry, accessories, home decor, and wellness goods. Customers were always ready to discover something new and special through Tortuga that they would love and use for a long time to come!
The Problems:
⛔️ Not reaching enough audience in the area.
⛔️ Less engagement rate.
⛔️ Not using Social Media Ads.
The Solution and work progress:
Our partnership started by doing a benchmark for the local area brands.
✅ What type of post they are sharing (Interactions, Insightful, Giveaways, Newsjacking…),
✅ When they are posting,
✅ What kind of social media features they’re using,
✅ How these brands engage with their customers and community,
✅ And whether they are using ads or sticking with organic.
The 2nd step was to start with a strategy maintaining Tortuga’s social media, primarily Pinterest, developing and implementing a paid marketing plan, and lastly providing monthly reports to assess the data and determine the next steps.
The main goal was to increase brand awareness, direct customers to the boutique and online store, and convert them.
To do that, we started with creating Social Media campaigns, and each campaign has its objective, reach, messages, store location, and conversion.
