Overview

ManyRequests

is a full-stack SaaS for productized services such as build service booking forms and orders.

For the tools, I only used Google Docs for this.

This is a sample welcome sequence that I wrote for them.

This is intended for those new newsletter subscribers that aren’t their customers.

The Process

For the sequence, I wrote this in just a day.

Here's how:

Step #1: Researching

I try research about these as much as possible:

• Competitors

• Audience

• Offer

• Unique Value Proposition (UVP)

Step #2: Outlining

I wrote this sequence in just a day because of this secret.

One reader. One problem. One action. One goal.

And after that, I use subheads and bullet points for the actual outlining.

Step #3: Writing

I separate writing from editing.

Because when you do both simultaneously...

It's making you overthink your word choices or thoughts that you're tryna convey.

Step #4: Editing

Here are some quick tips that I use for self-editing:

• Use Quillbot.

• Read what you’ve written out loud.

• Avoid cliches.

• When you can shorten it, do it.

• Replace “thing” with a more specific word.

• Active Voice > Passive Voice

• Lessen fancy words.

• Avoid “really” and “very” if possible

Step #5: Publish It

I just copy and paste, format if it's different, then hit "publish."

The Sequence Content:

SEQUENCE 1: INTRO

SL: Thank You for Joining!

Hi [name],

We’re glad to have you here!

Since we respect your inbox, we promise to:

Not spam you.

Deliver value as much as possible.

But wait.

Before you close this email, we have a quick question for you:

Do you own a productized agency or just interested in building one?

Hit reply and let us know!

SEQUENCE 2: THE PROBLEM

SL: Your Agency is Too Messy

Wait…

It’s not what you think.

What I mean by messy—is you’re using too many tools for your system.

As they say…

“Less is more.”

The fewer tools you use, the fewer expenses, and the fewer headaches you’ll have.

It’s all about keeping your system as simple as possible.

If you use more than 5 tools for your agency’s system, you might want to check out this tool.

SEQUENCE 3: THE SOLUTION

SL: Agency Work on Steroids?

You’re winning when your work feels like a play to you.

But if you haven’t achieved that yet…

You either fall into these buckets:

Bucket 1: You hate what you’re doing.

Bucket 2: Your systems are messy.

If you fall into bucket 1, the solution to it is to do more of what you’re doing until you improve.

(Well, according to Alex Hormozi)

Now, if you fall into bucket 2, the solution to it—is to use a tool that can make your agency workflow smoother.

Curious?

Here’s the tool.

SEQUENCE 4: THE BENEFITS

SL: You Don’t Need These

You use these tools with your clients?

Slack.

Trello.

Notion.

Typeform.

Zoho CRM.

Well, you don’t need these.

It’s just too messy.

You’re juggling back and forth when you’re using those.

You’re using a lot of tools.

Replace that with our all-in-one tool.

SEQUENCE 5: TRY THIS

SL: #1 Mistake You’re Making

Your clients will hate you for doing this:

Having a messy onboarding process.

If you nail the onboarding stage, your clients will build more trust and be more confident working with you.

Who doesn’t want that, right?

Look.

Usually, here’s what traditional agencies would use for their onboarding processes:

Slack.

Onboarding emails.

Google Forms and etc.

Too many tools…

When one doesn’t work fine, you might frustrate your clients.

BUT.

You know what’s cool?

You don’t need all of those tools.

And just replace it with an all-in-one tool.

Curious?
