Millions, a prominent German fitness company with a strong presence in the UK, faced challenges with a low conversion rate despite substantial mobile traffic. My task was to enhance their web presence, with a specific focus on addressing pain points in the checkout process and on product pages. Given the premium nature of their products, emphasis was placed on clearly communicating benefits and materials. The design mandate was to strike a balance between clarity and a sporty aesthetic, ensuring an intuitive and professional user experience from the outset.
