A fast growing product team at Yowk.co was struggling with information overload. With dozens of active projects and a growing remote team, valuable insights were getting lost in spreadsheets and fragmented tools. Communication silos were increasing, and tracking real-time performance was nearly impossible. The goal was to design a central hub that could give project managers and team members a clear, actionable overview of their workload and performance.

Introducing the Yowk.co Dashboard a sleek, dark-mode data analytics and management platform. My primary focus was to streamline complexity and focus on user actionability. The final design provides immediate answers to key daily questions: What's happening now? What's the status of our key metrics? And where is my team's focus?

Instant Visibility with Overview Widgets: Placing core KPIs like Active Projects, On-time Delivery %, and Open Issues at the very top gives stakeholders an immediate pulse check on operations, no scrolling required.

Focus on 'Today': The "Today's Tasks" and "Performance" sections are prominent, allowing team members to quickly prioritize their day and see their progress against weekly goals. This shifts the focus from passive tracking to active execution.

Seamless Team Collaboration: By integrating "Team's Capacity" and "Recent Mentions" into the dashboard, I removed the need to switch between communication tools. This creates a centralized workspace where feedback and availability are always in context.

Data Hierarchy & Readability: Leveraging a clean, modern grid layout, strong typography, and a dark theme with high contrast accent colors (vibrant blues and greens) ensures that crucial data points are the first thing users see, even with a dense amount of information.
