Market Engagement

● Built new business relationships in new markets and developed new products for Gallagher Bassett, such as Cyber (with Managing Agents and Corporate Clients) and Captive markets. Built the claims model for Cyber claims at Gallagher Bassett and sourced training and vendors to service the Cyber portfolio.

● Provided market feedback to the Gallagher Bassett Executive and Account Managers, stemming from forums such as NIBA, Steadfast convention, UAC conferences and AILA events. This assisted in refining our value proposition and customer experience. Developed the Accident & Health growth strategy. This led to the acquisition of clients such as Berkshire Hathaway and Dual Insurance.

● Working across functions within the Gallagher business (within Gallagher Broking, Gallgher Bassett and Gallagher Benefit Services). This converted non Gallagher Bassett clients by utlising a consortium approach to our services under a ‘One Gallagher’ approach.

● Raised Gallagher Bassett’s market profile by providing commentary to Insurance Business News at events such as the 2019 ANZIIF Insuretech conference and presented on mindfulness to the 2019 icare education conference.
