Insurance claims

● Developed and maintained the compliance claims protocol for global captives and the IPS program, ensuring all claims payments were compliant within the relevant international jurisdiction. This ensured Zurich was compliant with regulatory finance procedures of countries such as China and the United States.

● Maintained claims data integrity across all lines for produced and received policies within the IPS program. Audited claims data and sought rectification of errors directly with managers.

● Management of over 350 casualty and property claims (annually) worth a total of $260 million. This included, major loss, excess of loss, treaty and facultative claims (as the ceding insurer).

● Maintained Zurich’s market credibility during quarterly claims reviews and promoted Zurich’s claim’s management value during renewal and proposals to new clients (i.e. via Executive presentation and tenders).
