Project Description:
Objective: “where we play & how we play”
1)          What is the brand’s goals for the next 3 years
2)          How does the brand compete to win
3)          What would be to-dos for the next 3 years
Problems needed to be solved:
1)           Declining market share
2)           Struggled sales
3)           The ambiguity in market positioning between niche sports vs. mass performance vs. leisure
4)           How to win and what should the pace of investment to achieving future goals
Methodologies:
1)          Understand the current market
2)          Define the brand’s strategic positioning (value proposition)
3)          Draw implications to objectives across the value chain
4)          Assess the current the status quo
5)          Roadmap (low-hanging fruits vs. strategic investments)
6)          Simulate the output (commercial vs. financial)
7)          Define control model and RnR’s thru 5W2H, RAPID, RACI etc.
8)          Build a data/process tracking tool (Excel, Power BI)
