The client, a social media marketing agency, requested a Slack notification for when new campaigns went live or had changes. (Their project management platform is monday.com.) We integrated monday.com and Slack Then created the necessary board automations within monday.com using board variables to auto-populate the message based on a status change. Additionally, we have timing notifications to alert when a meeting is coming up and need confirmation, emails (Gmail accounts) are automatically sent to their customers when meetings are booked or rescheduled.
