Basic SOP for content creation

  1. Determine platform/s
  2. Brainstorm ideas - include educational, inspirational, and relatable content
  3. Develop the content calendar (this should be done 1 month ahead of time) - Which days and times will you post, which content will go out when (stories vs posts vs short form video), are there any special posts that need to go out (promos, holidays, recognition)
  4. Content creation (should be batch created) - videos from business owner, posts from graphic designer, captions/titles from copywriter, hashtag/keywords from VA researcher
  5. Review/edit - once it's all put together, review for typos, music needs, overall vibe
  6. Approval from client (should be done at least 1 week prior to post needing to go out)
  7. Schedule posts - 3rd party scheduler, monday.com, meta business suite
  8. Engagement - reply to comments, interact with other accounts
  9. Analysis - weekly review of kpi's
