Split Bill & Payment Confirmation Flow UI Design

Group payments for events always fall apart after the ticket is bought. Someone pays full price, chases friends for their share, and manually tracks who still owes what. No event app handles the split inside the same flow.

We designed Momento's split bill and payment confirmation screens for a live events platform that needed group cost sharing, payment tracking, and confirmation to feel as simple as sending a message.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 • Split the Bill Screen: Intra Fee Football Tournament ($2,000 due    28/02/2026) shared with 5 people Sarah Mo (You) at $1,180 / 59%, Cameron Williamson at $300 / 15%, and Jenny Wilson at $400; each person's share is shown with an editable amount and a visual bar indicating their percentage.

  • Bill Split Summary: Design Hackathon 2024 Split Amount 6,000, Due Date 08/05/2024, Shared with 05 People check all details in one confirmation card before payment.

• Share Split Link: Copyable URL (instant.com/-RadioHead_Concertsplit_Bills) friends added to the split without needing the app.

• Reminder Notification Toggle: "Turn On Reminder Notification" with a pink toggle for active payment due date surfaced as an opt-in reminder, not a buried setting.

• Payment Complete Screen: 3D phone illustration with "Payment: Your payment has been successfully paid!" and a black "View Ticket" CTA closure delivered with a visual moment, not just a text confirmation.
