Launch FAST, Grow EARLY.

Earlify is a customizable waitlist SaaS designed to help early-stage founders build anticipation and collect early adopters. The platform allows users to embed a fully functional waitlist on their website or use it as a full-page marketing tool that converts visitors into early subscribers. With a built-in referral system, users can gain early access by inviting others to join the waitlist.
Approach & Process: From the start, we took a design-first approach to building Earlify. Understanding that early-stage founders don't have complex needs, we focused on creating a simple, intuitive platform with high-impact features. The project followed an iterative process:
Discovery & Strategy: We worked closely with the founder to define the core goals—building a powerful marketing tool to capture early interest and feedback. We explored different revenue models, which initially the founder leaned towards a subscription-based model.
Figma Design: Our design team crafted a user-friendly interface with clean, modern visuals in Figma. Every element was designed to guide the user through the process of embedding the waitlist and leveraging the referral system to gain traction.
MVP Development: With the design finalized, we focused on building a functional MVP. We developed the core features—waitlist management, email collection, referral system, and some integration capabilities—all while ensuring scalability and ease of use.
Testing & Feedback: After the launch, the founder tested the product with real users, collecting feedback to improve the product. Based on the feedback, the founder decided to pivot the business model from a monthly subscription to a one-time fee, which better aligned with the product’s value and user behavior.
Timeline:
Duration: 30 days from start to launch.
Result: Delivered a fully functional MVP with a clear user interface and core features.
