When we started this project, this business was facing several challenges. Processes were fragmented across departments, and manual work was taking up a lot of time. The next step was creating a user-friendly design in Figma that would ensure the tool was intuitive and easy for staff to adopt. We wanted to keep things simple, so there was little to no training needed.

We made sure it integrated smoothly with existing systems to avoid any disruptions in the business. After the initial build, we tested the tool with the team and made adjustments based on their feedback to ensure it was working exactly as needed.
