OMR 2024

As a Divisionlead Assist for the Media Team, I was part of the OMR 2024.

The OMR Festival is the centerpiece of OMR, the largest knowledge and inspiration platform for the digital and marketing industry in Europe. The two-day event has been taking place since 2011, this year on May 07 & 08 in the Hamburg exhibition halls. The more than 67,000 visitors have the opportunity to attend conferences, masterclasses and concerts, they also have the opportunity to network with other online marketers on the 100,000 m².

My area of responsibility included in particular the:

❏ Communication and coordination of the three different media teams (Community MGMT, Crew Social, Photo)

❏ Checking and quality assurance of the tasks involved

❏ Managing and supporting the team leads in day-to-day business

❏ Strategic management and quality assurance of the entire work area

❏ Carrying out operational briefings and ensuring compliance with all safety and work standards
