Chamo identified that African buyers and sellers already lived on WhatsApp-but lacked commerce infrastructure. Existing e-commerce platforms required sellers to learn new tools. I led design of fintech platform turning WhatsApp into a commerce engine: sellers advertise businesses, build/manage product catalogs, and collect payments-all through their existing WhatsApp presence. Created marketing website in Framer, designed seller onboarding, catalog builder, payment flows, buyer discovery experience.
