More than just an app and site blocker, I wanted to create a tool to help people become more productive, get stats about their phone usage, and get curated self-improvement content.

Setting a goal provides an extra layer of commitment. You get reward points if you stick to your program. If you want to add some accountability to the mix, you can share your goal with at least one of your contacts.

App and phone usage statistics help the user keep track of their progress and get an overview of how they're using time more efficiently.
