Comprehensive Social Media Strategy

Collaborated with the Chief Minister’s Office in Andhra Pradesh to revamp and manage over 50 social media channels associated with prominent political figures, including the Chief Minister, Members of Parliament (MPs), Members of Legislative Assembly (MLAs), and district fan pages.
This project aimed to enhance the digital footprint of these leaders, expanding their reach and engagement across the state and beyond through a blend of strategic content management and hybrid campaigns.
Objective:
Our primary goal was to elevate the social media presence of Andhra Pradesh’s political leadership by driving engagement, follower growth, and content reach. Through a well-coordinated approach, AlignX sought to communicate important government initiatives and foster a deeper connection with the public.
Key Features:
- Multi-Channel Strategy: Managed and optimized over 50 social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and ShareChat, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across each platform.
- Campaign Execution: Launched three hybrid digital and offline campaigns that combined on-ground events with social media amplification, successfully engaging millions.
- Content Innovation: Started a new YouTube channel for the former Chief Minister and achieved organic growth to 25,000 subscribers in just 25 weeks through high-quality, relevant content tailored to the audience’s interests.

Results:
1. 10x Growth in Followers: Achieved tenfold growth in followers across multiple platforms.
2. 50x Increase in Reach: Expanded content reach fifty times over, connecting with audiences across diverse demographics.
3. 20 Million+ Views: Garnered over 20 million views from our hybrid campaigns, demonstrating substantial impact and engagement.
Design Process:
AlignX began by assessing each account’s existing presence and identifying areas for improvement. We then developed a tailored strategy for each platform, including content calendars, engagement plans, and audience segmentation. Our design and content teams collaborated to create visual assets, with a focus on branded, high-quality images and videos that captured the essence of government initiatives and community impact.
Outcome:
The comprehensive management of these social media channels resulted in exponential follower growth, expanded reach, and substantial video views.
