AlignX in strategic collaboration with The Neat Trick Design Studio worked on 3 major branding projects for Haldirams, a renowned name in the food industry of India. The projects are as follows:

Haldirams, a renowned Indian FMCG brand, sought to expand its product offerings to cater to a younger demographic. AlignX, in strategic collaboration with The Neattrick Design Studio, was tasked with creating a compelling brand identity and packaging design for the new product line, Tiny Tots.

The Challenge

The primary challenge was to develop a brand identity and packaging design that would resonate with both children and their health-conscious parents. The design needed to convey a sense of fun, innocence, and nutritional value, while aligning with Haldirams' established brand image.

Our Approach

To address these challenges, we adopted a multi-faceted approach:
Target Audience Analysis:
We conducted in-depth research to understand young children's and their parents' preferences and needs.
We identified key factors such as taste, texture, nutritional value, and safety.
Brand Identity Development:
We created a playful and engaging brand identity for Tiny Tots, incorporating vibrant colours and child-friendly typography.
The brand logo was designed to be simple, memorable, and easily recognizable by young children.
Packaging Design:
The packaging design was conceived to be visually appealing and informative, focusing on highlighting the product's key benefits.
We used bright, eye-catching colours and playful illustrations to capture the attention of young children.
The packaging was designed to be easy to open and close, making it convenient for both children and parents.
Product Positioning:
We positioned Tiny Tots as a healthy and delicious snack option for young children, highlighting the nutritional benefits of cashews and the irresistible taste of chocolate.

Outcome

The successful launch of Tiny Tots has been well-received by both children and parents. The brand identity and packaging design have contributed to the product's strong market performance and have helped to establish Haldirams as a leader in the children's snack food category.

Premium Tea

Haldirams, a renowned Indian FMCG brand, is expanding its product portfolio to cater to a growing segment of discerning tea enthusiasts. The new premium Assam tea line aims to offer a balance of quality and affordability, appealing to middle to upper-middle-class consumers who seek a premium tea experience without the premium price tag.

The Challenge

The primary challenge was to develop a brand identity and packaging design that would effectively communicate the premium positioning of the tea while remaining accessible to a wider audience. The design needed to convey a sense of elegance, tradition, and quality, while also appealing to the modern consumer.

Our Approach

Brand Identity Development:
We created a sophisticated and refined brand identity that reflects the premium nature of the tea.
The brand logo was designed to be elegant and timeless, using a classic font and a minimalist colour palette.
Packaging Design:
The packaging design was conceived to be visually appealing and informative, with a focus on highlighting the unique qualities of the tea.
We used high-quality materials and premium finishes to elevate the overall packaging experience.
The packaging was designed to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing, with a focus on ease of use and storage.
Product Positioning:
We positioned the new tea line as a premium, everyday indulgence, emphasizing its exceptional quality and affordable price point.
We highlighted the unique characteristics of Assam tea, such as its rich flavor and bold aroma.

The Outcome

By successfully addressing the challenge of balancing premium quality with affordability, we have helped Haldirams tap into a growing market segment. The new tea line is expected to drive significant growth and enhance the brand's reputation as a provider of high-quality food and beverage products.

Til Patti - Traditional Indian Snack

Haldiram's new product variant - Til Patti, a traditional Indian snack made from sugar and jaggery. The objective was to design two stickers that would be affixed to the packaging of the product to appeal to budget-oriented customers, primarily focusing on traditional snack lovers and individuals looking for authentic Indian flavours.
