I have worked with a collection of small businesses in the retail, sales and hospitality space who had just outgrown the capacity of the individuals running the show. For a lot of groups, the first thing I notice is that the systems put in place at the start of the journey are just no longer efficient with new goals, visions and business needs.

My Process

Schedule a virtual or digital catch up with the client so we can go over their current systems and processes and clearly identify the clients needs and align reasonable project expectations.

Start working on tasks prioritised by the client, offer my advice for policies or sites to use and have this approved by the client.

Ongoing monitoring and upkeep of systems agreed upon.

I understand small business in a personal way and I know that this business or project is their 'baby'. Often times it has been a one man show and it is bitter sweet to start growing into a viable business but in turn, needing to relinquish some control when there just isn't enough time to oversee every single task.

I am client focussed and I value clear and regular communication. My clients loved that they received regular overviews of tasks being completed without needing to book out a weekly meeting or manage each task.
